Mubarak’s trial is set to 7 SEP. to complement the statements of the witnesses
Cairo Criminal Court decided in its hearing of yesterday to continue with the trial of the disposed president Hosny Mubarak, his two sons, the former Minister of the interior and six of his assistants tomorrow, Wednesday 7 September 2011, in order to hear the rest of the testimonies of the witnesses. It is worth noting that there was a surprise during yesterday’s hearing, in which the witnesses changed the testimonies they stated before the prosecution, turning from prosecution witnesses to counter witnesses, especially the first witness, General Hussein Saeed Mousa, Head of Communications Unit of the Central Security Forces, who withdrew his accusation against Al-Adly, in which he said that Al-Adly had ordered to shoot the protesters.
