A Military Court decided today to adjourn examining the case no 5141 for the year 2011 (military misdemeanor east) against Major Ahmed Shoman to a session on 12 February 2012 for resuming the pleading and due to a change in the court formation.

In the same session the court also decided the extension of the two cases against Major Tamer Mohamed Samir Badr and Captain Amr Metwally to issue its verdict in a session set also on 12 Feb. 2010

The accused persons pleaded the court to change the place of their detention for being ill-treated, but the court rejected their plead explaining that it is not of the court’s jurisdiction but the prosecution’s.
