ANHRI releases the first annual report on freedom of expression in the Arab world
Invitation to attend press conference to launch the first annual report on freedom of expression in Egypt and the Arab world
Cairo – June 11th, 2012
ANHRI invites all journalists, media outlets, and those concerned about freedom of expression and freedom of the press to attend a press conference on June 13th, 2012 launching the first annual report issued by ANHRI on freedom of expression in Egypt and the Arab world. The previous annual reports were limited to Egypt only in the past years. The report includes a presentation of the situation of freedom of expression in 15 Arab states in 2011, the year which witnessed six Arab revolts.
