The Appeal Against the Supplementary Constitutional Declaration adjourned to July 17

The first hearing of the case no. 46703 of 66 Judicial and brought by the Egyptian Center for Economic and Social Rights, The Arab Network for Human Rights Information and the Association of Freedom of Thinking and Expression, held today. The case calls for the seize the implementation of the Supplementary Constitutional Declaration, issued by the Supreme Security Council and published in the official gazette on 24 ibis on June 17, until it presented to the people’s assembly (parliament).
The Administrative Court, First Circuit, headed by “Abdel-Salam El-Nagar”, the deputy of president of the Council of the State, decree to adjourn the appeal to the hearing of coming July 17, to submit the memorandums and adhering the appeals related to the same subject.
