Name of the Book : Human Rights stand between torture and state of emergency

Subject: The side effects of the state of emergency, the judiciary lack authority over the arrest verdicts in all the cases, which strips citizens' right to turn to the court to appeal in the legality of arrests and it, contradicts with the law. The state of emergency in addition, violates the arrested defense rights or delegating a lawyer, which strips lawyers' right to work. The Subject of the Book: the study clears up the suffering of the people of Al-Ezba Al-Baharya and the whole island "Ya'qoub Sabry", in which it lacks all principal services and necessaries of life. The river islands' endurance is considered a problem with three dimensions, first its geographic position and the regional seclusion is due to the lack of services and necessities the decrease of population is another factor to which it does not take the consideration of the public strategic plan. In addition, its legal position either a cultivated land or natural preserve forbidden to have constructions.
The government also is unfair with its distribution of services and investments. In spite the easiness of solving these problems, it covers many restrictions due to the plans and greediness of the responsible officials who are manipulating with its plans.

Name of the Book : The massacre of Abu Salim Prison 28 - 29 June 1996

Text: the book aims to acquaint briefly on detention places and prisons in Libya, and gives a descriptive presentation of facts and circumstances of the crime of genocide that took place in Abu Salim prison in addition to the minimum demands necessary to uncover the facts and bring the responsible officials to account. Solidarity, as you put this document containing the information and data and certificates to confirm that all of the description of the dwelling or brevity or is not an accurate reflection of this tragedy and suffering that resulted from the massacre as they depend on that could be obtained and possible seen and accepted by him, not all that occurred (and perhaps the tip of the iceberg).

Name of the Book : The Drowning Village: A sample of Egyptian rural slums

Content: The Drowning village reflects the reality of the rural Egypt that remains at the tail of development awaiting the redistribution of budgets and financial allowances excess from the need of urban centers. The village in this context is not an exception. Its suffering has continued with the absence of utilities and services. This does not deny the exceptional character of the crisis that Al-Warsha area is suffering to the extent that live is under threat. To cure this situation, the allowances should increase. However, this is not easy to achieve. In light of the reality of corrupt data and contradicting evaluations of the number of citizens, it is very difficult.

Name of the Book : The Algerian Broadcasting sphere (The status of local broadcasting)

Content: The book begins with an introduction to world of communication in Algeria. The book is of three chapters. The first chapter deals with two main points. The fist is the context of activating local broadcasting. The second is the strategic and legal aspects of broadcasting.
The second chapter discusses local broadcasts and civil society. This is through a study that included 8 local stations: Al-Bahya which carries the slogan of eradicating violence, Telmasan, Al-Somam, Al-Shalaf, Al-Bahga, Serta, and Mostaghanem.
The last chapter discusses developments and possible prospects. It talks about putting a law and expanding the network to all states and re-organizing broadcast. In addition, it talks about integrating the associational movement in the production process, and generalizing new technology to media and communication, and adopting cooperation policies. At the end the book concludes with a map of the local network for broadcast in Algeria.
