    The second section, addresses the first applied perspective which sets out in a first branch around the resolution by the law no. 168 for the year 1998, in regard of 1 And to how extent it influence the nature of the judgments of the CC, and another chapter discusses the impacts of this amendments on the constitutional judgments including the Committees of Five.
    The third section relates to the second applied perspective that set out also from the effect of the article 49 limit of the CC on the nature of the ruling of the CC, then the impacts of this amendments on the nature of the Constitutional Sentences among which the sentence of the Committees of Five’s.

    The report addresses the problems of the Egyptian agriculture and its obstacles, demonstrating the most important problems that the peasants suffered from during 2006, especially the violence and conflicts that resulted in the murder of 92 peasants, injured 257 of them, and 465 of the peasants family’s members were arrested.     The workshop discussed the main problem conform into the lack of an organizational form for peasants, commissions within the political parties or a general union to defend their interests.
    One of the speakers ensure the necessity of a strong union for peasants, and annulations of the 50% of labors and workers in the People Assembly, because there are 50 of the police generals included in the peasants quota in the People Assembly. He spoke also about the essentiality of establishing an actual peasant’s co-operative union, held many meetings for political awareness in all aspects in rural areas, and founding a local administration that really capable to implement life and service’s conditions improving projects and services.
