Thebes: "Women and Power"
Published by: New Woman Institution
The book is the 4th issue in a non periodical journal that tackles critical issues concerning the relation between women and official legislative, executive and political authorities, how much do these authorities, or some of them contribute in establishing the principal of discrimination against women, the women's attempts to overcome this discrimination. This issue contains a translated research about laws discriminating between men and women, hinting to the issue of minorities in all societies and what they bear of double repression against women. The publication contains a feature about the legislative authority, as it presents several papers about the system of shares.
The issue also includes a paper about women's movement as a political movement, and a review of the book titled "The Family's Origin" by Fred Rick Anglez .
