Defending the right to work and workers' rights
The first of May is the International Day for workers, This day comes under the government's silence on the egregious violations of the requirements of the Labor Code, which result in serious deterioration of the social and economic conditions of the workers and their families, there is also some attempts to legalize such violations through the so-called "national plan of convenience", the Labor Code and related application documents, although it contained a number of partial gains, but it also has major disadvantages on the level of requirements of both the stability of work or wages or the position and role of the syndicate, and settles injustice against agricultural workers, besides, it includes punitive measures which are insufficient to stop the violations of labor laws .
