Foreign Minister dismissal case , declined
The first chamber of the dispute resolution court held no jurisdiction
to consider request for halting of execution negative decision of declining the Egyptian foreign minister and the Egyptian Ambassador in Riyadh .
The court accepted ,in form, the request for halting the execution of the negative decision of positive action to know the reasons for detaining the Egyptian Citizen Youssef Ashmawy Youssef in Saudi Arabia.
In subject, the court rejected the request for halting the execution of the decision .
The court referred the case to the board of state commissioners to prepare a report on the secondary opinion of the cancellation request.

Practicing Press Profession without Registry- Case Postponed
Damanhoure misdemeanor court postpones case of practicing press profession without registering in the journalist syndicate against Bahraweya newspaper editors. The case #398\2006 administrative Damanhoure , rogatory registry #4/2008 was prosecuted against the defendant Zohdy Zaki Nosseir Al- Shami , chairman, accusing him of hiring Radwa Mahmoud Abu-Zeid and Mahmoud El-Said Ahmed Dowair as editors without them being registered in the Egyptian journalists syndicate. The case was postponed to 15\7\2009 for presenting documents and memorandums.
