The Administrative Judiciary decides to postpone its judgment on the case of Ashmawi Yusuf Ashmawi against the Foreign Minister
The Administrative Court, First Circuit Case No. 8165 for the year 63, decided today to pronounce its decision on the case filed by Ashmawi Yusuf Ashmawi against the President of the Republic and the other requests to dismiss the Minister of Foreign Affairs and disclose the reasons for the detention of his son and the place of his detention in Saudi Arabia for several months, in a court session on 23/6/2009.
